The Bench Mark occasionally offers accommodation either on a conventional B&B basis or on a weekday ‘bed only’ basis, depending on what the guest requires. The house is comfortable and centrally heated throughout, with no TV making for a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere (there is free internet though). The bathroom (shower, in fact) is shared.
I currently have two letting rooms, both singles. I will also consider letting the rooms out to full-time (preferably male) lodgers over the age of 35.
For what it’s worth, the property is also ‘for sale’ albeit not currently advertised anywhere. Cutting to the chase, the price is £160k – which is a ‘take it or leave it’ price – the ‘offer’ process of conventional wisdom wastes far too much time in my view.
